Ambassador Katalin Bogyay, Permanent Representative of Hungary to the United Nations gave a keynote speech on “Regional representation and size of the future Council” at a two day meeting in Rome on 21-22 May 2015, organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Italy for permanent representatives to exchange views on the reform of the Security Council.
